This is my philosophy as an Ambassador of yoga practice. I is a former basketball player who attended a Division 1 at the University of Florida on a full athletic scholarship, where he participated in the NCAA final four, and went on to play professionally in South America and Europe.
After his last season of professional basketball in Portugal, after sidelined because of a muscle pull, I came home and started a daily yoga practice. After two years of practice have become a teacher, and after two years of teaching he obtained a certificate of 500 hours.
