Sometimes we do some bad habits without know it like water or juices when eating and I try to remove the words "should" and "must not" from my vocabulary, and instead replaced with "can", but for the purposes of this article, I feel it is appropriate. Drink while you eat is not a good idea, and basically is something most of us would benefit from abstinence.
When you settle enjoy a meal, your stomach – being the clever little working – release the exact amount of gastric juices needed to digest the food you're shoveling into your system. However, if the liquid being good, not only water dilute digestive juices, but water is absorbed through the stomach walls until the contents are focused enough to digestive juices. When this happens, the content ends up being thicker than the food I prepared to absorb and will not have enough stomach juice break it. This leads to the undigested food is absorbed through the stomach wall and sneaking into your system. Cold water, in particular, is a problem. Drink cold water during meals can slow down digestion, and may cause cramping if you are especially sensitive.
If the idea of skipping the water during meals together too much to handle, slowly wean yourself off that once allowed small sips of water at room temperature. Designed to hydrate around 20 minutes before eating, and try not to drink too much water until about 30 minutes to one hour after you finish your meal.
With all the rules that we have floating around in the world, this is nothing to worry yourself sick over. You don't have to deal with it. However, if you experience bloating or cramping or gas after eating, making this minor change can be a world of good.
Fruit: fruit and sugar needed to digest a bit and time passes quickly through the stomach into the small intestine for absorption. However, if it's eaten slower digesting foods such as proteins, carbohydrates, fat, and they will be held in the stomach and ferment which will affect digestion and overall. Melon fruit may ferment even with other sometimes. Being sweet, fruit can be eaten along with other sweet fruit but not with acidic citrus.
Milk: completely different proteins protein concentrates such as meat, eggs, and nuts. Not milk digestion in the stomach but in the duodenum. And then the presence of milk, the stomach is not responding with secretion. This prevents the digestion of other foods display along with milk. This behavior occurs because the content of fat and protein, when it enters the stomach, it curdles milk curd. This curd sticks around particles of other foods in the stomach gastric juices of insulation and prevent digestion.
Liquids: liquids must be taken before a meal or 1 hour after that but not along with it. All beverages such as tea, coffee, toxic, alcohol, carbonated beverages major obstacle the natural digestion. Stomach secretions are severely restricted in their presence. You pass the fruit juices as fast as fruit in the intestine. Citrus juices and lemon water brings down the digestion of starches to create severe gases and fermentation. It is better to have them alone and on an empty stomach. And should be taken as law, no liquid with solids. Liquid tends to go away immediately to the intestines, taking all the digestive enzymes which prevent the digestion.
